Accessia for visitors transforms Neat Frame into a Visitor Kiosk, with self check-in for guests that alerts hosts to their arrival and issues visitors with passes to be able to access authorized areas. Accessia’s platform reduces visitor admin time for receptionists while delivering a modern visitor experience.

Accessia for rooms syncs meetings and bookings with the Neat Pad when used as a scheduling display, ensuring everyone on a meeting invite can access the room at the right time, reducing scheduling conflicts, enabling powerful room usage reporting, and eliminating the need for a third-party booking tool.

Accessia for data delivers a complete understanding of workplaces, including the ability to visualize environmental data such as people count, temperature, and air quality in Neat Meeting Rooms, augmenting Accessia’s location services that provide detailed and people-attributed reporting into space usage without adding friction to the employee experience.
